About hometown and family

My family is presently residing in Danao City a third class city in the Northern part of Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. I must say that it is a perfect place for someone who is up for an adventure. I am very proud to say that my city is one among the cities in the Philippines with an amazing sceneries and must-try Eco-Adventure acivities. People are very friendly and accommodating as well. It has been said that a family is a very important unit of society and I greatly agree on that. I come from a family of seven, which include my mother, father, 3 brothers and one sister. They are very important people in my life, I am very thankful and blessed to be raised by a family where good values are well taught and respect for one another is highly regarded. I am very proud of my family.

Comments to students

Every student has a unique personality. In my class I always remind my student how important respect is, because giving respect to each other helps a class to run smoothly. So far in my teaching career I have never experienced being treated badly by my students and that makes me believe that when a teacher gives his best in teaching, learning will be enthusiastic and effective.

Goals and dreams as an English teacher

My goal and dreams as an English teacher is not just merely to teach but to inspire and touch my student’s life. I want my students to realize that learning doesn’t stop in the four corners of the classroom. I also specifically want to make them feel that learning English is not a waste of time nor a boring subject to learn but rather it opens a great opportunity to broaden their experiences in different areas.

Favorite TV programs and It’s contents

Television is a favorite pastime of many people. I personally love watching documentary program because it gives me the chance to view the life of other people from different walks of life and learn something valuable from their individual experiences. One of the documentary programs in the Philippines that I like most is “Reporter’s Notebook” because they features interesting lives of different people and our country’s various controversial issues.

About Japanese and Japan

I had been a great fan of Japanese animations during my childhood days. Watching those animations made me think how smart and creative Japanese are. As I get to talk to people who have personal experiences working with Japanese I’ve learned how dedicated and hard working they are. I haven’t been to Japan yet, but I’ve seen pictures and television programs showing how clean and amazing the country is. I’ve also learned that Japan has a very rich culture and its people’s outstanding skills has made them one of the top countries in the world.
